1. Who we are
Primitive Charts ("we", "us") publishes this website and the OHLC Table ("the Indicator"), an invite-only indicator for the TradingView platform. We provide analytical tools and educational content only — nothing on this site or in the Indicator is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
2. Purchases run through Whop
The Indicator is sold exclusively through Whop. Checkout, payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellation, and the handling of your payment information are governed by Whop's own terms and policies, which you accept at the point of purchase. This website never collects or processes payments.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy: all sales are final. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
3. Your license
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Indicator on a single TradingView account (the username you provide at checkout). You agree not to:
- share, lend, sell, or otherwise provide access to your subscription or TradingView account for the purpose of using the Indicator;
- copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Indicator's source code;
- republish, resell, or redistribute the Indicator or its output as part of another product or service.
Access is granted while your subscription is active and may be revoked on cancellation, payment failure, or violation of these terms.
4. Educational use — not financial advice
The Indicator measures and displays market structure. It does not generate buy or sell signals, predict prices, or recommend trades. All figures shown on this website are illustrative samples, not track records. Trading futures and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Third-party platforms
The Indicator runs on TradingView and requires a TradingView account; TradingView's own terms, plan requirements, and availability apply. Purchases run on Whop under Whop's terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for TradingView or Whop, and we cannot control outages or changes on their platforms.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The website and the Indicator are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of data, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Indicator, and our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update the Indicator, this website, and these terms over time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
