1. Who we are

Primitive Charts ("we", "us") publishes this website and its TradingView indicators — the OHLC Table, the Weekly Table and Extremes (together, "the Indicators"). We provide analytical tools and educational content only — nothing on this site or in the Indicators is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. The Indicators are free

The Indicators are published on TradingView at no charge. This website sells nothing and never collects or processes payments. Each Indicator is provided under the license shown on its own TradingView page; TradingView's script-publishing rules apply to every copy.

3. Your use

You may add the Indicators to your own TradingView charts and use their output in your own process. You agree not to present the Indicators or their output as your own product, or to misrepresent their source.

4. Educational use — not financial advice

The Indicators measure and display market structure. They do not generate buy or sell signals, predict prices, or recommend trades. All figures shown on this website are illustrative samples, not track records. Trading futures and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone; you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Third-party platforms

The Indicators run on TradingView and require a TradingView account; TradingView's own terms, plan requirements, and availability apply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for TradingView, and we cannot control outages or changes on its platform.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The website and the Indicators are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of data, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Indicator, and our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update the Indicators, this website, and these terms over time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
